If how-to’s were enough, we’d all be skinny, rich and happy!! Seriously! Just go buy a book – there are MILLIONS of them on as many topics telling you all the things you need to change, not change, do, don’t do, think, not think, invest, not invest, eat, don’t eat…it’s maddening.
Here’s a thought.
You are OK and more than enough, right where you are right now!! If we’d all just accept that, know that, live that – imagine the amount of trees we could have saved – tears we wouldn’t have shed, lies we wouldn’t have believed and time we could have re-invested.
